Qlixie Privacy Policy
The Short Version
Qlixie does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you customize — colors, shapes, sounds, wallpapers, and saved themes — stays entirely on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect
Qlixie is designed with a strict zero-data-collection architecture:
- No User Accounts: Qlixie requires no sign-in, registration, or profile creation.
- No Analytics or Tracking: Qlixie contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising trackers.
- No External Servers: Qlixie does not operate custom servers or transmit any app state off your device.
- No Data Sharing: Because we do not collect personal data, we do not share, sell, or disclose personal data to any third party.
3. Local Storage, Photos, and Audio Files
- Local Processing: All custom keycaps, themes, saved configurations, and preferences are stored exclusively within Qlixie’s local app sandbox on your iOS device.
- Selected Media: If you choose to import a custom legend, wallpaper, or tap sound, Qlixie accesses only the specific file(s) you select using standard system pickers. Qlixie does not inspect or access your broader Photo Library or File System, and selected media never leaves your device.
- iCloud Backups: Local data stored on your device may be included in your standard iOS iCloud/iTunes backups managed directly by Apple according to your system settings.
4. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)
Qlixie offers optional digital purchases processed entirely through Apple’s App Store via the StoreKit framework. Payment details, transactions, and billing information are handled directly by Apple. We never see, receive, or store your payment card or financial information. Apple’s privacy practices govern these transactions and can be reviewed at apple.com/legal/privacy.
5. System Diagnostics and Crash Logs
If you have opted in at the iOS system level to share diagnostic and usage information with app developers, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized crash reports and performance data. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Children's Privacy
Qlixie does not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union), because the app does not collect personal data from any user.
7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Under global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), users have rights regarding access, deletion, and portability of their personal data. Because Qlixie does not hold, store, or process personal data on any server, all data deletion and management can be performed directly by you by deleting the custom assets inside the app or uninstalling the app from your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
If Qlixie's practices ever change — for example, if a future update introduces optional features that require data transmission — this policy will be updated immediately, and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the revision.
